Each user's plan includes coverage for one primary workstation. If a user has additional devices — a second laptop, a tablet, or a phone — you add those as device add-ons at the flat monthly rates listed above. Servers, firewalls, and NAS devices are always billed as add-ons.

What does "unlimited remote support" mean?

How is on-site support billed?

On-site visits are billed at $175/hour with a 2-hour minimum. Managed plan clients get priority scheduling — we'll be there same-day or next-day in most cases. Travel within the metro area (Miami, Orlando, Tallahassee, NYC) is included.

Are there contracts or commitments?

Managed plans are month-to-month with a 30-day written cancellation notice. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. We earn your business every month.

Do you support both Mac and Windows?

Yes — we fully support Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and mixed environments. Our RMM tools and security stack cover all major platforms.

What about volume discounts?
