USA SuperTech ("we," "us," "our") offers managed IT support to business clients. This page explains our SMS/MMS text messaging program: what messages you may receive, how consent works, and how to opt out — whether you're an existing client texting our support line or a client-portal user updating your mobile number.
If you opt in, USA SuperTech may text you about:
Message frequency varies based on your support activity — there is no fixed number of messages per month. Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier's plan.
SMS/MMS consent is entirely optional and separate from accepting our Terms of Use or using our services. Declining SMS consent does not prevent you from receiving support — you can still reach us and receive service through phone, email, and the client ticketing portal. You may opt out of SMS at any time (see below) without any effect on your account or service.
Existing USA SuperTech clients opt in through the client account portal (usasupertech.com/account, login required). When a client provides or updates their mobile number under Account → Profile, they're shown a separate, unchecked SMS/MMS consent checkbox — checking it is a distinct action from saving a phone number or agreeing to our Terms. Since that flow is behind a login, here is exactly what it looks like:
Reproduced exactly from the live form — the checkbox starts unchecked and consent is only recorded when a client actively checks it and saves.
Your mobile number and SMS consent are used only to provide the support communications described above. We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our full Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
