USA SuperTech provides managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, network design and deployment, computer and device repair, on-site installations, and cloud and backup solutions for residential and commercial clients. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing of any service engagement will be defined in a separate service agreement or statement of work.
Managed IT plans and recurring services are governed by individual service agreements that outline scope, pricing, service level agreements (SLAs), and cancellation terms. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any specific service agreement. In the event of a conflict, the specific service agreement will take precedence.
Managed IT plans operate on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified. You may cancel with 30 days' written notice. No refunds are provided for partial months of service. On-demand services are non-refundable once work has been performed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, USA SuperTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities, arising from or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the incident.
We treat all client data and system information as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required to deliver services (e.g., coordinating with your software vendors) or as required by law. While we strive to resolve all technical issues and provide reliable IT solutions, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, uninterrupted service, or that every issue will be resolved. Technology involves inherent risks, and certain problems may be caused by factors outside our control (e.g., hardware failure, third-party software bugs, internet service provider outages).
